A pleasant serum to apply daily

A healthy glow serum that is very pleasant to use and apply and quickly penetrates the skin. Its formula is made up of 96% ingredients of natural origin, which is suitable for my sensitive skin. Since I have been using it, my complexion is more luminous and my skin more beautiful. I did not know this brand but I am won over. In addition, this serum is very well rated on the Yuka application (93/100) which for me is a sign of quality. The only negative point is its price which I find high.

More of an action on the surface than in depth

I have already had the opportunity to test cosmetics from the Cottan brand, a famous cosmetics brand from the beginning of the 19th century which is being reborn today, enriched with current scientific knowledge but based on the formulas and concepts of the time. Here, the serum, a type of cosmetic that I am used to using on a daily basis. I was a little surprised with this one because its appearance is oily, nothing to do with the serums that I like, which lean more towards an aqueous substance. Contact with the skin is therefore very different: no impression of freshness upon application and the oily side inevitably gives the skin a shiny appearance; to avoid this, you must add very little (be careful because the pipette flows by itself...) and work it in well. By doing this, the skin becomes very velvety and the occasional shine disappears. This serum therefore improves the visual and superficial appearance (evens and mattifies the complexion) of the skin more than it nourishes and hydrates it in depth. This is what I regret for my part. In terms of composition, it is not perfect because of the presence of an allergen (linalool) to which everyone will be more or less sensitive, if at all (this is my case, even though I have extremely sensitive and reactive facial skin). Its odor remains very faint and fades quickly. Summary: type of oily serum, which will not suit everyone, dehydrated skin will not be a winner. Quite prohibitive price!
